If we follow the 7 Steps of Innovation, we take the same developmental path
as a child growing up. Anja outlines how the process of finding a problem, then solving it with a good idea and finally making it to market can be described with Erikson's developmental psychology and Bloom's Taxonomy for education as well as the Tibetan Buddhist Journey of the Hero of
Enlightenment.
Anja-Karina Pahl has been working on unifying theories for 20 years. After research in various hard sciences and the Theory of Everything
she developed a unified model for innovation - the 7 steps that all human beings use to think, when they make, create or produce any kind of stuff.
