Approximate Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons SR Flour or you can use Plain flour with a pinch or two of baking powder.
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons Milk
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
