Chicken Seekh Kabobs in Gujrati

Super delicious chicken kabobs!!
Ing:
For the kabobs
2 lbs chicken breast
1/2 onion chopped
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp gharam masala
1/2 tsp corriander and cumin powder
1 tbsp dried parsely flakes
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
1 yellow of an egg
for garnishing
2 tbsp oil
1 onion sliced
1 red pepper sliced
fry and keep aside for later use
Method:
In a food processor add the chicken and all the spices including salt, ginger, garlic, and the egg yolk, blend all this until fully blended. Transfer the mixture to a big bowl and add the bread crumbs and mix it well. The mixture should resemble a dough like texture. Finally add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix it again. These can be made of the stove top or it can be baked in the oven at 450 degrees until they are golden brown on both sides.
