INDIAN BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE - Greg's Kitchen
G'day guys, Greg here, today l show you how to make a delicious sweet styled butter chicken from scratch! It's actually really easy to do, if you have all the ingredients, so, let me show you how!
INGREDIENTS:
1 or 2 breasts of chicken
marinated in greek yoghurt with a dash of garlic, ginger, chilli, garam masala, and lemon juice, salt and pepper
Butter chicken sauce:
approx 600 to 700mls or tomato puree / 20 to 24oz / 2.5 to 3 cups
half an onion
approx 125 g / 4 to 6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon
1/2 teaspoon chilli
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek
4 cloves
2 teaspoons sugar
1 bay leaf
1 cup of cream
