Ingredients:
Rib eye - 1,5 kg
Lemon - 1 piece
Garlic cloves - 4
Thyme - 6 stalks
Rosemary - 6 stalks
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper - to taste
How To:
002h15m - Start your barbecue and set it to smoke at 160C or 320F
01h30m - Trus your ribeye
01h20m - Chop your spices fine and stick them to the roast
01h10m - Smoke the ribe eye until the core reaches 54C or 130F
00h10m - Let the rib eye rest
00h00m - Enjoy!
