Today baking is again simple CHEESE PASTRY Flaky Delicious! Still similar to the previous recipe but this time uses cheese as filling.

Cheese Pastry
Dough Recipe :
75 grams (1/3 cup) caster sugar
5 grams (1 1/2 tsp) active dry yeast
250 ml (1 cup) warm milk
375 grams (3 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour ( per cup = 125 grams)
55 grams (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla sugar (1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
1/2 tsp fine salt (more if you want on the salty side)
If you use salted butter, might use less salt in the dough.
200 grams or less/more of soft butter, for a layer between the thin dough
Oven: 175°C (347°F) preheat until the right temperature.
Baking time: 25 - 30 minutes. An oven may vary.
