These are my knives -
Ingredients:
Whole chicken
Barbecue rub
Olive oil
Chicken Stock
Celery
Carrots
Onion
Garlic
Potatoes
How To:
Start up the grill to roast over indirect heat.
Rub the chicken with olive oil and barbecue rub and stuff it with a mix of the vegetables. Add a little bit of barbecue rub.
Place the chicken in a loaf pan stuff the pan with vegetables and chicken stock
Roast the chicken at around 140 degrees Celsius 280 Fahrenheit
When the core temperature has reached 75 degrees Celsius or 167 Fahrenheit the chicken is done and ready to be plated up
