Base:
300g Mars Bars
180g Unsalted Butter
150-200g Rice Krispies
Caramel top:
200g Dairy Toffees/Caramels
1-2 tbsp Whole milk
Topping:
400-500g Milk chocolate (these taste amazing with Cadburys dairy milk)
