Southern Style Neckbones with Gravy
5 lbs. Pork Neckbones washed and cleaned
To taste:
Salt
Pepper
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Jerk Seasoning or Creole Seasoning
Paprika
Gravy
2 cups Milk & 2 cups Water
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 tsp. of Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder
2 tbsp. Paprika
Whisk together very well and pour over neckbones when just out of oven Making sure the neckbones are sizzling hot. Then place back in oven for 15 minutes.
