This Apple Spice Cake that I made in my slow cooker / crock pot, had to be the easiest cake I have ever made in my life. Just add 3 ingredients, set it and forget it. It was absolutely delicious, especially with some vanilla ice cream.

2 Cans of Apple Pie Filling
2 Sticks Butter or Margarine
