2x sheets puff pastry
Apple filling-
4 granny smith apples
water & lemon (to stop the apples from browning)
1tsp cinnamon
25g unsalted butter
35g soft light brown sugar
30g caster sugar
1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
2 tbsp water
Water/milk for glue
