5 tomatoes ٹماٹر 5 عدد
2 dry lemons سوکھے لیموں 2 عدد
Orange zest 1 tsp اورنج زیسٹ 1 ٹی سپون
Tomato paste 3 tbsp ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ 3 ٹیبل سپون
Clove powder ½ tsp لونگ کا پائوڈر ½ ٹیبل سپون
Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp دارچینی کا پائوڈر1 ٹیبل سپون
Green cardamom powder 1 tbsp سبز الائچی کا پائوڈر 1 ٹیبل سپون
Freshly ground black pepper 1½ tbsp فریش کٹی کالی مرچیں 1½ ٹیبل سپون
½ nutmeg powder آدھے جائفل کا پائوڈر
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp ادرک لہسن 2 ٹیبل سپون
Salt as required نمک حسب ذائقہ
Safran ¼ tsp زعفران ¼ ٹی سپون
2 chicken stock cubes چکن کیوب 2 عدد
2 bay leaves (Tez Patta) تيج پات 2 عدد
Clarified butter (Desi ghee) ¾ cup دِسی گھی ¾کپ
For topping ٹاپنگ کے لئے
Dry raisins ¾ cup کشمش ¾ کپ
Cashew nuts 1 cup or as required کاجو 1 کپ یا حسب ضرورت
