Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream, chilled
1 tablespoons lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Method
1. Mix cream, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Keep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2. Remove from the refrigerator, whisk the cream until thick.
3. Keep refrigerated and use as required.
