Picanha or rump cap - 1,2 kg
Salt flakes (Maldon) - 1 box -
Planning & Schedule:
01h25m Start your barbecue and setup your rotisserie
00h40m Cut your picanha into steaks and place it on the rotisserie
00h35m Grill the picanha steak untill the fat crispens
00h05m Cut a thin slice of the picanha steak until you get red meat and the place the steaks back on the grill.
