Virgin Pina Colada
An invigorating glassful that is sure to shake your taste buds out of their reverie! Made with a brilliant combo of pineapple juice and coconut milk bound together by vanilla ice-cream, the Virgin Pina Colada is a refreshing drink with a tangy flavour balanced well by the soothing nature of coconut milk. Using readymade pineapple juice instead of a fresh one makes the taste more predictable, removing the risk of tartness.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes.
Cooking Time: Nil.
Makes 3 glasses.
2 cups chilled readymade pineapple juice
¼ cup chilled coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1½ cups vanilla ice-cream
For the garnish
3 Pineapple cubes
1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
2. Pour equal quantities of the drink into 3 individual glasses.
Serve chilled garnished with pineapple cubes.
