How To Deal With Breaking Up and Anxiety

Today's video is something that is very close to my heart - How to deal with a Break Up and Anxiety.
I'm not a professional by any means - but I have been there - please keep in mind that everyone's break up is different and everyone reacts and hurts differently. I'm definitely not trying to compare anyone - I just want to reach out to those who are going through a similar situation that I have previously been in and let you know that you will get through this.
My aim here is to just help one of you.. and then my job is done! This video was a lot harder to film than I thought it would be and I'm sorry for my rambling at points but if you're in that deep and dark place, you will most likely want to listen to the whole thing.
You WILL be okay! you WILL make it through and move on and be happy! You'll get your confidence back! But you may just need to hurt for a little bit - which will definitely make you stronger in the end.
YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING AND INTELLIGENT! You are so worth it you don't even have any idea of how special you are... Good things will come to you when you're ready and you have learned to get through the dark times and love yourself. Just believe in yourself and be a good person.. think positive thoughts.
