Ingredients:
5 Onions
Gruyere cheese 50grams worth cos its super expensive , grate it for best results
Flour - 50 grams or 3 spoons
Butter - between 60 and 80 grams or a bit over half a stick
White wine - 1 glass / cup
Salt And Papper
Water - just under 2 litres / half a gallon, or half beef stock half water
