Ingredientes:
1litro de leche de galón
1/2 taza y 2 cucharadas de azúcar aproximadamente (al gusto)
Canela en rama
3/4 de taza de maízena
1 taza de leche para mezclar la maizena
Canela molida y pasas para decorar
Poner a hervir la Leche con canela y AZUCAR dejar hervir para q la canela suelte su sabor.despues retirar la canela y agregar la maizena ya mezclada con leche commienza ha hervir y apagar el fuego.
