I upgraded the stock 9 tooth mod 1 pinion gear on the Team Magic to try to get a little more speed and pep from it. I took it with me on a camping trip and test it out. Definitely better and probably should've come with this gearing. I'll have to wait until the weather gets warmer to see if it gets too hot with this gearing. Currently it wasn't too hot at all. I didn't have to remove my hand from the motor after running it through a battery and a half.
