My Pale/Fair Skin Foundation Routine Vs Tanned Foundation Routine
Hello my lovely friends, so I get questions about what foundation I wear when I am pale vs when I am tanned so I want to share my concealer, foundation, contouring and highlighting routine plus the blush and lipstick depending on whether I am pale vs when I use fake tan or have a natural tan. I use fake tan a lot rather than trying to get a real tan, I like to protect my skin as much as possible from the sun so I wear factor 50 daily plus I live in Ireland we only get two weeks of summer here, I haven’t had a sun tan since I was 9 and spend a two weeks in France!
I wear light tan during the Autumn/Winter and choose a deeper colour in the Spring/Summer so match the weather but I embrace my natural pale skin too.

I pick a shade of fake tan that resembles my own natural tan that I would get if I actually sunbathed but instead of exposing my skin to harmful UVB UVA rays, I instead protect my skin and stay in the shade and use fake tan so I wouldn’t be temped to sun bath and damage my skin.
