Kabob wari Pastry in Gujrati

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Delicious kabobs warped in a delicious pastry and shaped in caterpillars
Kabob recipe:
2 cups oil (for frying the kabobs) They can be baked as well
2 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon pepper (optional)
1 tbsp shaan masala of any kabob
1 coal to barbecue in the end (optional)
Method:
In a large bowl add the ground beef, coriander leaves, onion powder, garam masala, lemon pepper, salt, 2 eggs, shan masala, and the bread crumbs. Mix everything really well and make them in long kabob shape, as this will make it easier to stuff them in the pastries. Fry the kabobs in oil and keep aside. Once all the kabobs are done you can barbecue them. Roll out the homemade pastry and cut the pastry in long strips and wrap the cooled kabobs the half split kabob and wrap it, brush an egg mixture on top to give it a nice color and add peppercorns for the eyes. Continue and complete all of them, lastly bake the pastry in a 400 degree oven for 20 min or until golden brown.
