Rose Shaped Vegetable Buns with Raihana's Cuisines

Not only do these look super adorable but they are filled with a delicious vegetarian filling and baked to perfection!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Ing:
dough:
4 cups white or all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup shortening or unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 cups water
1 cups milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
Mix water, milk, sugar and yeast so you have it starting to activate. Mix the flour and salt as well as the shortening until it resembles crumbles, slowly add the water and yeast mixture to bind a nice soft dough. Let the dough proof until it is doubled in size. Divide the dough in half, keep the other half of the dough covered. Cut and divided the dough in about 14 to 15 pieces, roll them out and follow the video directions to fold fill and fold it looking like a rose. Place them on a baking dish and let them rise once more brush them with an egg mixture before you stick them in the oven to bake.
