It's really easy to make the perfect burger...whatever you're particular version of perfect be. I say your version because there are frankly hundreds of different hamburger recipes out there...but they all demand a great basic burger.
In this video, I show you how to cook that perfect burger, and then top it with one of my favorites...blue cheese. The blue cheese gives the burger a nice tangy flavor and is one of my goto burger recipes.
