Recipe
Ingredienst:
- Rib Chuck 1 per person
- Dry Rub
Dry rub ingredients:
- 1/4 cup paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dark brown can sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fine ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
How To:
- Mix the dry rub ingredients
- Setup your smoker to smoke at 225 degrees Fahrenheit or 110 Celsius.
- Add 2 wood chunks to the smoker
- Sprinkle olive oil in the rib
- Sprinkle on the dry rub
- Smoker the rib until the meat has reached about 80Celsius of 175 Fahrenheit. This will take about 2 hours
- Wrap the rib in foil and let it rest for 10 minutes
