Delicious Crispy Salad with Sharp Cheddar Cheese with Raihana's Cuisines

This is my absolute favorite salad and I really wanted to share this with you.
Ing:
16 oz bag of spring mix
Half of a red bell pepper cubed
8 oz of mini sweet peppers cut up
8 oz sugar snap peas cut in the middle
8 oz cherry tomatoes
1 large English cucumbers cubed
2 large corn on the cop boiled and stripped
2 cups of coleslaw or cabbage sliced thinly
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup pepitas
1/3 cup honey roasted sunflower seeds
Your choice of dressing
Method:
Wash and cut up all the vegetables, boil the corn and keep that ready as well, then in a large see through container start layering your greens and the vegetables, lastly top it with shredded cheese, sunflower seeds and pepitas.
Enjoy with your favorite salad dressing!
