KETO UPDATE - WEIGHTLOSS PLATEAU, MAINTAINING WEIGHT & CHATS

Today's video is a Keto weightloss Update! I'm just having a general chat about where I was at with Keto and plateauing and maintaining my weight. I filmed this one a few weeks back and wasn't sure if I was going to upload or not... but now it's made it to the internet LOL
You will notice a Trigger warning at the start of the video as I have had suggestions that watching this type of video is not ideal for those who have or are currently suffering with an eating disorder. Please note that i am not a doctor or nutritionist. I am speaking from my own personal experience with a Ketogenic lifestyle and how I have lost 14 kgs since August.
