An easy no fuss mousse that tastes amazing and has a countless ways of using it!
Ing:
5 oz Ghirardelli chocolate chips
11/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
Method:
Melt your chocolate and whip up the whipping cream once the whipping cream starts to build some air in it slowly add you sugar and whip it till you have stiff peaks. Next, when the chocolate is melted make sure you cool it down to room temperature then add the sweet whipping cream in it slowly and fold the mixture making sure to not let the air deflate, add half of the chocolate mixture then take the chocolate mixture and add it to the whipping cream mixture and beat for about 30 seconds...
Voila it's done!!
Next pipe it in a piping bag with a tip and put it in your serving bowl and refrigerate... It is ready to be served!
