Bailey’s Irish Cream Icing
250g cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup unslated butter, room temperature
1 lb icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Bailey's Irish cream
Sponge Toffee
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup clear corn syrup
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
