This sweet treat looks just like a savoury GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH! The pound cake, modeling chocolate and berry coulis substitute the bread, cheese and ketchup of a traditional grilled cheese. This is a fun and easy dessert the whole family can enjoy caking and eating! I certainly LOVED making it with my good friend and former co-star from SugarStars, Antonella Grillone. Non stick gumpaste board (or any non stick surface)
Non stick rolling pin
Serrated knife
Parchment paper
Food processor
Sieve
