ingredients:
vermicelli -500 g
full fat milk- 1 1/4 litre
khoya(mawa) -250 g
pure ghee- 250 g
sugar- 500 g( please use 750 g of sugar if you loves to eat sweeter)
15-20 pistachio
15-20 almonds
2 tbsp charoli seeds
2 tbsp raisin
50 g coconut
1/4 tsp food color
1 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli till the raw smell vanishes.
Heat another pan add ghee, add khoya and fry it for 2-3 min. on medium flame.
Keep it on another side and take a deep vessel for sewai cooking.
Add ghee, once the ghee heated add chopped dry fruits.
Fry them for 2 min. on medium flame.
Add sugar, khoya and half milk,
Bring a boil and mix khoya and sugar well into the milk.
Now add fried vermicelli, add remaining milk .
Bring a boil, cover it with lid for 2-3 min.
Turn off the flame.
Garnish it with dry fruits
