Dry Martini Cocktail | Waitrose

- This is how you make a classic Dry Martini. It's all about temperature with this drink.
Ingredients:
10 ml dry vermouth
65 ml premium gin
Lemon, for garnishing
Method:
Pour the vermouth into an ice-filled glass, make sure it coats the ice then pour the excess away. Add the gin and gently stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then garnish.
