Macaron recipe:
3 egg whites
1/3 cup white sugar or castor sugar
1 cup almond meal (aka almond flour)
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Optional food coloring
*Before you bake the macarons let the macarons sit for about 30 minutes. When you touch the macaron batter it shouldn't stick to your finger, that's when you know to bake. :D
