Ad Brown and James Hockley teamed up for their new single "Summer Tide", released on the Songbird imprint.
Even though the summer season on the northern hemisphere has come to an end, it still means that in the southern parts and especially around the Mediterranean, the weather is still perfect for the sun and holiday lovers. The beauty of the track is that, if you listen to it closely, actually builds up like high tide. The smooth intro that kicks in like one of those crisp ISOS productions works its way through layers of warm padded synths, 'till we hit the majestic arrangement that makes the break. This is real Songbird label material. And when we then finally climax out of the break, Ad and James bring in the big strings. It's just one, let's say 'whirlwave', of superb trance music that will absolutely bring soul to the dancefloors.
Daniel Wanrooy reworked "Summer Tide" into a fast paced and hard tech trancer, perfect for the DJs that don't mind delivering a rougher live set. Closing parties or not, Ad Brown and James Hockley have extended the warm days some more with "Summer Tide"!
