1 Minute Makeup Tutorial: Ombre Colored Brows

Any color of the rainbow- this is a fast easy way to get colored brows. Remember for brighter brows, use a white base over your brow hair first. Mine start out so light & that's why I prefer to give them a dark base first.
Products:
Sugarpill pro palette (or any matte highly pigmented eyeshadows)
small angle brush
