Lisa Gade reviews the Nokia Lumia 822 Windows Phone 8 smartphone. The Lumia 822 is available on Verizon Wireless in the US and it sells for $49 to $99 on contract. It has an 800 x 480 ClearBlack AMOLED display with enhanced sensitivity (works with gloves and fingernails) and a 1.5GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 CPU with 1 gig of RAM and 16 gigs of storage. It runs Windows Phone 8 and it has a microSD card slot, dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, NFC, a GPS with GLONASS, a front 720p camera and capable 8MP rear camera. It works with Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive and Nokia Music and Nokia Lenses for the camera.
