adidas X18+ Tech Talk - in todays video JayMike dives deep into the tech behind the new laceless adidas X18+ football boots made for the players who love speed and want a completely reengineered, minimalistic experience. Taking inspiration from the adidas F50 adizero football boots, the new laceless adidas X18+ football boots has been trimmed down and equipped with a laceless, thin and lightweight upper as well as a re-engineered sole plate on the new football boots. Using their Skeletalweave technology, adidas have made an upper with stronger yarns which allows them to have bigger spaces between the weave pattern while still maintaining the strength on the adidas X18+ football boots. The upper on the new laceless X18+ is made with the same Techfit material known from the previous adidas X17+ football boots, but in a much thinner and more elasticated execution. adidas have also equipped the new X18+ with a new outsole that has had holes drilled in it to save weight but without weaking the plate on the X18+ in the process.
In today's Tech Talk video, JayMike dives deeper into the tech behind the new speed football boots from adidas and looks at how the X18+ has been revamped to make it feel more like the adidas F50 adizero boots of old.
