Baked Egg Kabob Roll with Raihana's Cuisines

A great option for baking instead of frying, these are delicious and super filling and healthy!
Preheat oven to 375
Ing:
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1 tsp sambal (chili garlic sauce)
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 slices of bread toasted
salt to taste
2 tbsp of ghee or unsalted butter melted
6 boiled eggs
Method:
Add all the ingredients in the food processor except the boiled eggs and blend it just so all the ingredients are combined together empty the contents in a big bowl and add the melted butter and mix it really well. Take a large piece of foil paper and oil it gentley then put the kabob mixture on the foil and flatten it out just like shown on the video. Once you have a rectangle shape, slice the two ends of the eggs and line them up and with the help of the foil roll the kabob roll and seal the ends. Roll the kabob roll and close the ends and put it on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for about 1 hour and 20 min. Let the roll rest on the tray until completely cool, unwrap and cut in slices. This will be great with a salad of your choice
