Layered Parathas Part 1

Layers of soft parathas that can be enjoyed with any dish be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner!!!!
Recipe:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
black pepper (optional)
enough water and milk to bind dough
extra flour to dust the parathas
extra oil to spread on the parthas
Method:
In a big bowl add the flour, oil, and salt mix than slowly start adding the water and milk until you have a nice soft dough, cover and let rest for 20 minutes, for part two of the video please watch the second part of this video in which you will see step by step directions in assembling the parathas!!
