HOW TO MAKE BBQ PULLED PORK - Greg's Kitchen

Pulled pork is so easy to make and tastes much better than the fast food chains that give you skimpy amounts and charge you a fortune! l hope you enjoy my version :)
Ingredients
shoulder pork, I used about 1 kilo (2pounds)
a few chunks of butter
about 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 table spoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon thyme
2 table spoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
chilli powder if you want some spice!
Slow cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours
