Mini Chocolate Puffs with Cream Cheese in English with Raihana's Cuisines

This is a delicious chocolate donut made at home with a sweet and creamy cream cheese filling.
Ing:
3 cups white all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 egg
8 tbsp sugar ( I would add more if you want it sweet)
1 tsp yeast
pinch of salt
8 tbsp of oil
8 tbsp water
1/2 cup water (lukewarm)
1/2 cup milk (lukewarm)
Cream Cheese filling recipe
8 oz cream cheese
enough sugar to sweeten the mixture
keep aside
Method:
In a separate cup add the yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, milk and water until it is frothy to make sure that the yeast is active. In a separate bowl or flat tray start adding the flour, oil, cocoa, egg, sugar and egg, mix with your hand until it starts coming together a little bit then add the salt and slowly add the yeast and milk mixture until the dough comes together. If the dough is sticky then sprinkle some flour on it until it is not sticky at all. Knead the dough for about 5 min and let the dough proof until it is half way doubling in size. Make golf size balls and straighten and fill it with the filling and make sure you close it up tightly so no cream cheese mixture leaks in the oil. Place them on a tray and let them proof some more before starting to fry. Warm up your the oil and start frying them on medium low heat so they cook up evenly and lastly sprinkle them with powdered sugar or a mix of cinnamon and sugar.
