Refreshing nutritious juice made with a combination of vegetables and fruits.
BREAKFAST JUICE
Ingredients
½ medium bottle gourd
2 medium carrots, peeled
½ green apple
½ red apple
1 medium orange
1 smallbunch spinach, cleaned and stems removed
1 inch ginger, peeled
Juice of ½ lemon
Black salt to taste
Method
1. Roughly chop bottle gourd, carrots, green apple and red apple. Peel orange.
2. Place the chopped vegetables, fruits, spinach leaves and ginger in a blender jar and blend well to extract the juices. Discard the solid mass.
3. Add lemon juice and black salt to the juice and mix well.
4. Serve immediately.
