SLOW COOKED RED WINE LAMB DINNER - Greg's Kitchen
This is a basic recipe for slow cooked lamb on the stove top, remember you can add other vegies as well to really boost the flavour!
Facebook:
4 lamb chops
big jar of tomato puree (700ml)
1 onion
flour
salt
pepper
2 stock cubes
olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup red wine
chunk of butter
tablespoon rosemary
also add 3 carrots
and 4 stalks celery
Serve over some mashed potatoes mmmmmm
