HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKED LAMB - Greg's Kitchen
This is a recipe l saw on my Facebook feed, so l thought i'd give it a try. It turned out amazing!
What l used was:
4 to 6 lamb chops (substitute for other cuts if you wish)
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom condensed soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
a few cloves of garlic
a sprig of rosemary (about a teaspoons worth)
and some butter (optional, but what doesn't taste better with butter?)
slow cook on low for about 6 hours
a sprig of rosemary ( or use a tablespoon of mint sauce or mint jelly instead)
The sauce this makes is very rich so if you want to add a few carrots and other vegetables into the slow cooker (under the meat) you can, otherwise it is a delicious flavour, l would definitely make this again.
