HOW TO MAKE PERFECT PROTEIN PANCAKES : High Protein, Low Carb, Low Fat – FULL RECIPE

These high-protein pancakes will blow your mind!
Ingredients:
- 1/2c pancake mix or flour of choice
- dash baking powder
- 1/2 scoop 1Up Whey (discount code: KATIE20, link: )
- 1TB chocolate chips (or nuts, blueberries, whatever you want!)
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2c egg whites
- dash vanilla
Mix all ingredients well, cook on LOW HEAT. This is key! Flip pancake when starting to form bubbles. Top with favorite low-cal syrup and enjoy!
