In this video, I show you how to cook a pork tenderloin that is flavorful, juicy, tender on the inside with an nice golden brown crust. Now there are actually several ways to skin this cat, but I'm going to show you perhaps my favorite - Pan Roasting. First, I show you how to remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin, and then tie and season it with salt and pepper.
I sear the tenderloin on all sides in a nice hot pan, and then finish it in the oven until the internal temp is about 140. The pork steaks perfectly moist and tender, while the caramelized, seared outside provides a ton of flavor. As a bonus, after cooking the pork, I'll show you how to make a quick pan sauce.
