Simple Lasagna Recipe - Meat Sauce Recipe

Here is a simple lasagna recipe that is a family favorite. This recipe does not have ricotta cheese or egg, but it's still a classic. This recipe is one of my favorite comfort food recipe. It's also great to feed a party crowd or take to potluck. MORE RECIPES BELOW! ;)
Ingredients
9 oz box of Oven-Ready Lasagna Pasta
5 oz wedge of parmesan cheese (grated)
8 oz fresh mozzarella (shredded)
MEAT SAUCE
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/2 cup red wine
4 cups crushed tomatoes (38 oz of crushed tomatoes)
BECHAMEL SAUCE
4 tbls unsalted butter
4 tbls all purpose flour
3 cups cold whole milk
salt to taste
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
