Oven Fried Pork Chops
6 pork chops
salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, creole seasoning, paprika (to taste)
Corn Starch enough to cover pork chops
Place 2 tablespoons oil in pan add pork chops and cook in pre-heated oven at 350 for 40 minutes. Do not cover, no need to turn.
