Scallion Snail Bread
1 pkg dry yeast (7g)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup warm milk
1 large egg
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
3 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Butter+salt+scallion, mix together.
Oven 200°C for 30 minutes.
