Fragrant, healthy and easy fish curry from Myanmar! Tomatoes are cooked down into a luscious sauce with herbs like lemongrass, turmeric and ginger, and then fish is gently simmered in this flavourful liquid. It's an easy and delicious way to start venturing into Burmese cuisine!
This recipe is inspired by a cookbook from a famous Burmese restaurant in the Bay Area called Burma Superstar. I always wanted to go there when I lived in the area, but I never got a chance to, so I was excited to try out their recipes when I saw the book released! I hope you enjoy it!
