Greetings! Today I am sharing how you can make your own cream of mushroom soup from scratch without having to pop open a can of chemicals and questionable ingredients! Just in time for that homemade, from scratch Green Bean Casserole that everyone loves on Thanksgiving!
This is so easy to make and really stands on it's own. Served as a main course or a starter or as a base for your favorite casserole, you will find yourself whipping this up over and over again. The list of ingredients is really short and most of them you already have on hand in your pantry and fridge, save for the fresh mushrooms, of course.
Once you see how easy this is, you are going to love it. Once you give it a taste, you are going to want to put this in your dinner menu rotation during the cooler months of the year paired with a hearty green salad and crusty bread!
